review all 3 things to SL and 11 before going.

Question of the Day:
What parts of your head should remain in the water when you take a breath during FREE?
Correct: Walk from the wall to the flags with that much in the water.
Wrong: 50 FREE Kick w/ FINS

6 x 50 on 2:00: All Position 11 to 1/2 way, FREE the other 1/2.
1-4=Fins, 5&6= No fins

Challenge #1:

Challenge:
At the flags, float on your back in soldier position. Without pushing off the bottom or using your hands, do 3 FLY kicks to get to half way.

Challenge:
Handstand REWIND!
1: Hands on T mark.
2: Hands 1/2 way between T and Wall.
3: Hands on ground as far away as possible!

Challenge:
With your feet on top of the lane line, and your arms in Vampire Sleep, keep your belly button and face above water for 5 seconds.

Justin Challenge: Handstand rewind
Push off the wall towards the T mark like you’re going to do a handstand, but don’t; instead push on the ground so you launch back at the wall and hit it with your feet.
